Baseball America did not rank Andino in their Top 10 prospects to end 2007... did rate him as having the best INF arm..
Sickles did not have Andino in his Top 20 to end 2007 either..
Andino will make the team as the backup UTI... meaning Chris Gomez will not make the team.
